Shipping
(for Calligraphy Paintings)
We
ship everything via the Japanese postal service unless told otherwise.
We do this because it is cheap and reliable. It takes up to 7 days
shipping time from Japan to most destinations in the world. Shipping
cost $8.00, or $10.00 with the wooden Shikishi holder.
If
you would like us to use another method, such as EMS (Global Express
Mail) please email us before placing you order.
Returns
If the painting is damaged please return it within 7 days of receiving
it and we will replace or refund you the money. We are sorry but
we cannot refund postage costs. To return an item please email info@shododesigns.com
stating the problem and we will send you a returns form via email.
